Come along for Tea, Chat and Meditation.
We provide space to unwind, and clear the mind. Create a sense of peace, gain some clarity and build resilience in your life. Theses sessions are open to any body with or without previous mindfulness meditation experience. Ideal for people who have heard of mindfulness and would like to give it a try and for people to refresh and develop their existing practice, in a supportive and friendly environment among like minded people.
You don't need to bring anything but come wearing comfortable clothes and an open mind. We tend to meditate in chairs, feel free to bring a meditation bench or cushion if you prefer.
There will be a range of guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises and visualisations.
